Responsibilities
- Ensure continuity of IT operations service quality & continuity to IT operations SLAs
- Manage the lifecycle of IT incidents
- Process review to refresh the workflow regularly
- Establish strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning and resiliency of systems design, develop, implement and coordinate releases, policies and procedures
- Ensure availability, capacity, continuity and project management, audit and disaster recovery activities across the service team, and provide technical advice if required
- Collaborate with different stakeholders and team members to achieve project objectives in an effective and efficient manner
- Manage the development and implementation of the Customer IT tools and automation Development
- Collect business initiatives, business cases and requirements from customer's departments and external parties, to deliver digitalize and innovative solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above education, preferably in Computer Science or related disciplines
- 10 years IT and operation experience, with 5 years IT management experience
- ITIL v3 or v4 Expert Certification
- Analytical with sound communication skills, able to work effectively with business users and technical staff
- Passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement and measuring results is essential
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent skills in business requirements analysis and business documentation writing
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills with possession of the good problem-solving ability
- Demonstrated high proficiency in leading & managing complex IT projects
