Role Overview
The Intern will support general administrative duties, coordination tasks, and event‑related activities. This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining practical workplace experience and learning day‑to-day people‑oriented and service‑driven company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office administrative support, including filing, data entry, document formatting, and record maintenance
- Assist with daily coordination tasks such as scheduling, arranging meetings, and preparing basic reports or summaries
- Support event preparation, including materials printing, logistics coordination, registration handling, and on‑site setup
- Conduct basic research or prepare simple documents as needed
- Support ad‑hoc operational tasks assigned
Requirements
- Students and early‑career individuals who wish to gain administrative experience are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in English and/or Chinese
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
- Basic computer literacy
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided
