We are seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support for our ERP applications while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for inohouse applications, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
- Serve as a point of contact for business users, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- Partner with business users and IT teams to facilitate effective application support and improvements.
- Collaborate with external vendors to investigate and resolve application-related issues.
- Assist with general IT support (Level 1- 2) tasks, contributing to overall IT operations.
Requirements
- Higher diploma in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP or Inhouse application support.
- Familiarity with software development is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SQL, VBA, Python, or any other programming languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
- Strong team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
