My client is a fast-growing Fintech company with excellent project exposure, they are looking for an APM/ Senior Project Management Officer with Crypto/trading project experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on project life cycle
- Provide assistance and precise guidance to the QA Team, Product Team, and Technical Team
- Cooperate with development teams to guarantee that the deliverables meet the desired business needs, thereby ensuring no discrepancies from the user requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications and communicate with technical team for feasibility and schedule
- Manage the execution of the project plan, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in in project management
- Possesses knowledge of the finance industry, particularly trading or cryptocurrency
- Well-versed in Web and Mobile APPdevelopment in Agile Methodology for project workflow
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong problem solving skills
- Excellent organization skills and ability to handle multitasks under tense environment and tight schedule
- Demonstrates proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office, and Chinese word processing
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Open to candidate with less experience as project management officer
