Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Leadership: Partner with C-level executives to drive the strategic direction of IT, ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
- Strategic Vision: Define and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that fosters innovation, enhances operational efficiency, and delivers user-centered products and services.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships across all business units, promoting a culture of digital transformation and effectively communicating technology initiatives to executive leadership.
- Innovation Roadmap: Develop and oversee a dynamic IT roadmap that outlines key initiatives, processes, and metrics to support business growth and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Vendor and Resource Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure project execution aligns with strategic priorities, budgets, and timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, with a significant focus on stakeholder engagement at the executive level.
- Experience within the food and beverage industry at a well-established organization is essential.
- Deep understanding of SAP and comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
