We are seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk Technician to join a stable and well-established organization. The ideal candidate will provide general IT support to internal users, focusing on laptops, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Assist with the setup, installation, and maintenance of laptops and other devices.
- Manage user accounts and permissions across various systems.
- Provide Level 1 to Level 2 support, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Document support interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on IT best practices and software usage.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in IT or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Proficiency in general IT support practices.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
