Job Description
- Handle business unit procurement process & bills settlement
- Submit purchase request via internal system
- Communicate with different vendor
- Tracking and monitoring of outstanding orders
- Inventory related by working on internal system
- Work with Finance department on accounting and budgeting related tasks
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 1 year working experience in clerical and administration works
- Able to work independently and hard working
- Good command of Cantonese and English
- Proficient in Chinese and English typing and MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Responsible, well-organized and attention to details
