- Handle policy services requests within service turnaround time.
- Work with team members and other departments to support various initiatives / projects.
- Prepare management reports, procedure manuals and correspondences.
- Handle policy services enquiries from internal departments.
- Support ad hoc project assigned by Manager.
- Diploma / Degree holder with 3 to 5 years working experience, having experience in life insurance is preferable.
- Proficiency in MS Officer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing).
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Well-organized, self motivated and detail-minded
