Successful candidates will be contracted to our client in public sector to perform the below duties:
Project Nature:
- Infrastructure Design and Support for the Automatic Exchange of Account Information Portal, Country-by-Country Reporting Portal, Exchange of Information on Request, Online Booking Systems, etc.
Job Description:
- Conduct cloud solution design, build and maintain the cloud systems;
- Prepare hardware and software procurement specifications;
- Perform setup, installation, configuration and rollout of development, UAT and production environments;
- Prepare and conduct system testing including load test, resilience test, backup and recovery test, disaster recovery drill, etc;
- Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, e.g. web servers, application servers, file systems etc;
- Prepare system documentation;
- Perform system monitoring and performance tuning;
- Conduct capacity and storage planning;
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Holder of Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Computer subjects or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' post qualification IT working experience of which 3 year in similar capacity
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Apache Web Server, System Backup Operation, JBoss Application Server, Linux System Administration, Storage Area Network, Server Virtualisation Technology
- Minimum 1 year's experience in Moderate Exposure in Written English
- At least 3 year experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux version 7 or above
- Experience in VMWare ESXi version 6.5 or above
- Experience in JBoss EAP version 7.0 or above
- Experience in support internet application deployed on GCIS would be an advantage
- Experience in Linux shell script
- Experience in virtualization technology
- Experience in OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
