A dynamic and growing company that specializes in property development is looking for a highly motivated CRM Project Manager to join their CRM team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the CRM system, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to identify and prioritize CRM requirements
- Develop and maintain a project plan, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule
- Manage project risks and issues, ensuring that they are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
- Work with the IT team to ensure that the CRM system is integrated with other business systems as required
- Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users
- Monitor and report on the performance of the CRM system, identifying opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience managing CRM projects, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project plans, manage risks and issues, and track project progress
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
