Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures to optimize data lifecycle management.
- Drive excellence in digital messaging by leading the delivery of top-tier digital communications, guiding the process from initial scoping with business units through the complete development lifecycle, including post-implementation support and performance measurement.
- Collaborate with professionals from business, analytics, and data backgrounds. These teams encompass a diverse skill set, including analysis, market insights, design, optimization, technology, and testing.
- Commit to the seamless execution of value-added digital messaging, providing operational insights and adopting a practical approach to the design, production, and deployment of these messages at optimal efficiency.
- Work closely with business units to conduct hands-on analytics for campaign lead generation and tracking, ensuring effective implementation.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that inform business strategies.
- Manage offshore delivery teams, ensuring timely and high-quality analytics outputs that meet the evolving needs of the business in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 5-7 years of experience, preferably within the banking or insurance sectors.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, SAS, or Tableau/QlikSense; expertise in these tools is essential.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager is required.
- Experience in banking products and campaign management, such as cards, loans, insurance, and investments.
- Practical experience with digital messaging technologies is necessary.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to project management.
