Job duties
- Manage the collection of eCommerce requirements, liaison with vendors or contractors during projects and capture backlogs for continuous improvement
- Monitor, review the deliverables of project and coordinate project activities
- Facilitate the cross-functional teams to thoroughly review and prioritize business needs
- Oversight to website and search engine optimization (SEO) performance, contribute to benchmarking, design and implementation of SEO strategy with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SEO content
- Leverage data and reporting from different channels for customer insights and continuous experience optimization
- Assist to identify potential areas of improvement to enhance operational efficiency and conduct research on eCommerce best practices
Requirements:
- A recognized university degree in Computer Science/ Information System/ Business or a related discipline, with at least 5 years' relevant working experience
- Familiar with eCommerce customer journey and use of system to support business needs
- Experience with website and SEO performance benchmarking is highly preferable
- Experience with process analysis and design; business and technical requirement documentation; and system testing, including UAT and bug fixes
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills are required to collect unstructured customer data from different data sources
- Enthusiastic, demonstrated capability in applying state-of-the-art technology to improve customer experience
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
