Our client is a listed global homeware group, having over 60 years' business foundation, most renowned for their own designed and produced houseware goods. They're now recruiting an ERP Applications Manager to join the team. Reporting to Head of IT, the role will lead a team across a few different countries and be responsible for the implementation and support on ERP applications (especially Oracle EBS).
The responsibilities will include but not limit to:
- Lead a team to oversee the global Oracle applications support and enhancement to ensure they're operating effectively across Asia, US, EMEA regions.
- Assist Head of IT in planning and allocation of resources for the implementation of IT projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and deploy relevant system maintenance and upgrades to ensure the system integrity is maintained
- Participate in the design of the Global IT system architecture, integration processes with other business applications and roadmap development
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors on Oracle system development
- Create and maintain documentation on system designs and business functions
- Define standard operation procedure for Oracle system support process
- Provide training to key users
- Identify opportunities process enhancement
The ideal candidate profile would be like:
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 8 years' experience with relevant background on managing Oracle EBS application system and relevant IT project management
- Proven track record within a people management role
- Technically proficiency on Oracle Forms and Reports would be advantageous
- Solid experience in providing user support and gathering requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and can work well with stakeholders across different countries
- Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese
