Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support for computers, printers, and other office equipment across the office, stores, and warehouse locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware issues in a timely manner
- Assist with setting up new user accounts and configuring devices
- Maintain IT asset inventory and records
- Coordinate with external IT vendors as needed
- Monitor the backup system for the CCTV or server system
- Available to work outside normal office hours as needed
- Handle office facilities and equipment maintenance
- Oversee general office administrative procedures, including managing meeting rooms, coordinating courier services, and other related tasks
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk
- Fresh graduates with IT support experience are welcome
- Familiarity with common office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knwoledge of Microsoft, Network or ITIL-related certifications is a plus
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred
