Our client, a prominent retail industry leader listed on the market, is seeking an IT Director with extensive expertise in strategic planning and spearheading the enhancement of the company's IT services and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the IT strategies and roadmap to support the Company's growth opportunities
- Oversee ERP support activities, ensuring prompt issue resolution and continuous system performance improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize value and collaboration
- Effectively communicate with leadership team regarding the evaluation and management of IT risks linked to the Company's growth strategy
- Mentor and coach the team to promote IT culture
- Responsible for the IT financial budgets and forecasts and planning
- Provide oversight of IT operating and capital budgets, ensuring accurate capture of new expenses
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Minimum 10 years of experience overseeing overall IT Management for a listed company
- Strong background in ERP, POS, CRM and other enterprise software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead teams across APAC regions
- Possesses exceptional corporate communication skills, including the ability to confidently present to C-level executives
- Fluent in English and Chinese
