My client is a well-known financial institution in Hong Kong, they are looking for a junior IT helpdesk to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Team Manager, providing updates on support activities and technical issues.
- Deliver technical support and assistance to end-users via phone, email, remote access, or in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to address and resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist the IT Manager in conducting ad-hoc services as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of IT-related working experience is preferred; however, fresh graduates with an IT background are welcome to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Hands-on experience in networking and Azure is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work shift duties.
- Excellent communication skills, good command in English and Cantonese.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
