- Oversee and optimize the performance of self-built applications and systems to enhance the organization’s operational efficiency.
- Lead application development, system testing, implementation, debugging, and ongoing maintenance.
- Review and establish a robust operational support model to ensure a seamless transition during application launches.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage project timelines, work plans, and budget expenditures.
- Develop comprehensive system documentation and provide user training.
- Provide technical support to ensure smooth operations and drive service enhancements.
- Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT application development, support, and project management.
- Experience in F&B or Retail is advantageous.
- Proficient in web hosting, programming languages, and development frameworks such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JSON, Laravel, and PHP.
- Familiarity with reporting tools, business intelligence tools, and database management systems (e.g., MS-SQL, MySQL).
- Knowledge of ERP and POS systems is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems like Bitbucket or GitHub, and project management tools such as JIRA is an advantage.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational capabilities.
