Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily operations for user ID management, including creating, modifying, and disabling user accounts as needed.
- Administer IT security activities, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks and generate reports for the user ID management system.
- Provide support to users, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues through the helpdesk service.
- Assist in conducting periodic user profile reviews and audits to ensure proper system access control.
- Perform internal administrative tasks and maintain accurate system documentation.
Requirements:
- High diploma holder or above in IT or related disciplines
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in helpdesk and preferably in banking or financial services industry
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and common desktop applications
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
