Our client is a public corporation, and they are hiring for a managerial grade position to join them. Reporting to sub-head of IT, the role will oversee the IT service management processes, such as operation, incident and change management.

Responsibilities:

  • lead a team to monitor and ensure day to day IT operation and service meet the operations' KPIs
  • Design, plan, and lead the ITIL process and managed operations, preparing professional reports and documentation
  • Identify client's needs and overseeing the IT service delivery
  • Identify, manage and keep track of incident and problem
  • Monitor and report on service performance and develop service level agreements
  • Ensure all procedure and documentation for operation is updated and recorded properly
  • Work with other departments on platform support and management

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or IT related with minimum 6 years' working experience in solution and delivering quality service
  • Strong IT knowledge or experience in data centre operation, infrastructure change and production operations support, such as Microsoft Server & Client operating system and infrastructure applications, Cisco Voice and Networking, VMware, HP, Dell, Enterprise-level SANs, multi-carrier WANs, and mobile devices
  • solid experience of implementing excellent ITIL processes and Holder of ITIL is a plus
  • ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and operation team
  • Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese
  • Service-oriented, good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior position
