Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team responsible for delivering comprehensive IT services to Hong Kong and Macao stores and offices, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service request fulfilment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders on projects implementation
- Monitor and manage vendors to ensure adherence to service level agreements and quality standards
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve IT service performance
- Assist non-office hours incident escalation where required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related discipline
- 5 years relevant experience in IT Service management and vendor management, preferably in a Retail/FMCG company
- With ITIL qualifications is a plus
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure with good leadership, stakeholder support and communication skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
