My client is looking for a Cloud Platform Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Oracle Cloud solutions. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with diverse teams to enhance our cloud infrastructure and applications.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee management tasks for Oracle Fusion, EPM, OIC, and related cloud systems.
  • Execute Oracle Patch Release Management processes to ensure system security and performance.
  • Provision, administer, and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) resources.
  • Set up and manage integrations for Oracle Fusion, OIC, and related PaaS & SaaS applications.
  • Implement and manage backup and restore processes for the Oracle Cloud Platform.
  • Monitor cloud platforms and integration systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work project teams and vendors on OCI and Oracle SaaS & PaaS system changes and support.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting procedures.
  • Participate in system deployments, cutovers, and ongoing maintenance and support activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in technical support, especially in Oracle Fusion Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, advanced troubleshooting, and experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle SaaS & PaaS applications.
  • OCI certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with incident management processes; hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, SQL databases, PowerShell, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Alibaba Cloud), and relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, etc.) are advantageous.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills; proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a plus.
