Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee management tasks for Oracle Fusion, EPM, OIC, and related cloud systems.
- Execute Oracle Patch Release Management processes to ensure system security and performance.
- Provision, administer, and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) resources.
- Set up and manage integrations for Oracle Fusion, OIC, and related PaaS & SaaS applications.
- Implement and manage backup and restore processes for the Oracle Cloud Platform.
- Monitor cloud platforms and integration systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Work project teams and vendors on OCI and Oracle SaaS & PaaS system changes and support.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting procedures.
- Participate in system deployments, cutovers, and ongoing maintenance and support activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in technical support, especially in Oracle Fusion Support role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, advanced troubleshooting, and experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle SaaS & PaaS applications.
- OCI certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with incident management processes; hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, SQL databases, PowerShell, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Alibaba Cloud), and relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, etc.) are advantageous.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a plus.
