Description:
- Lead the product strategy, design and roadmap for various SmartThings Solutions & Services
- Understand the market needs, and bridge business and technical considerations that result in innovative and compelling solutions
- Go deep to develop strong insights into customer needs and behaviors
- Collaborate with platform architects and engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet the demands of the business
- Monitor product performance and proactively identify opportunities for platform improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of working experience of digital product design / development
- Strong interest in the Internet of Things, AI and Smart Living products
- Establish a strong balance between discovering new product opportunities and delivering world-class product experiences
- Data driven mindset, performing market analyses, usability studies, and examining usage patterns to evolve existing services and propose new features
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to concisely communicate with and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders, partner teams, and executives
