A listed Medical Service Provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager with exceptional communication skills to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT projects from inception through to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management plans
- Manage project budget and ensure that project expenses are within budgeted limits
- Track project milestones and deliverables, and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality and performance standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effective with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage IT projects from inception to completion, including budget management, risk management and resource allocation
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus
