Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform P&O processes functional decomposition (project development and management; asset operations and maintenance; design and engineering; cost estimation and budget development; planning and scheduling; tendering and procurement; contract administration; project control; invoicing and payments; risk assessment; financial controlling and reporting) and develop process and data flowcharts.
- Describe P&O's roles, responsibilities, reporting structure and draft organizational model.
- Perform P&O process analysis, build end to end process model across project execution stages (PreDevelopment; Development; Execution; Operation).
- Perform PMGS framework document analysis, build up process flowchart.
- Produce product evaluation reports (IBM Maximo; ??(Kingdee); Envision CAP; ASSAI; Scenario Enterprise; KC; P6 PPM/EPPM/Risk Analysis).
- Conduct strategic alignment analysis, develop expected ROI, develop investment risks, allocate dependencies.
- Conduct prioritization analysis, define financial benefits, financial costs, risk, and dependencies; determine an overall scoring and ranking.
- Conduct scenario analysis, develop variety of scenarios considering potential components and current components, defined structure and objectives for inclusion in the platfbrm/framework.
- Conduct capability and capacity analysis, human resource capability, financial capability, asset capacity, formalize scope of work.
- Conduct interdependency analysis (resources, finance, quality, risks, timelines) and perform component relationship description and validation.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and perform prioritization analysis and strategic assessment against current enterprise portfolios.
- Conduct gap analysis, compare current mix and components against new strategic direction, allocate the changes needed in the strategy.
- Conduct readiness assessment, define any needs not yet addressed or required, prepare proposal for competencies acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in finance, data analytics, business or information systems or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business, product, engineering, or technical delivery position.
- Experience in AEC domain or Power and Utilities industry would give a strong advantage.
- Hands on functional consulting involvement in the implementation of Oracle cloud-based solution (Primavera; Unifier; Fusion; EPM; WACS; FS; Aconex; OCI) would give a strong advantage.
- IIBA CBAP or PMI PBA Certification would give an advantage.
- Experience in process maps using BPMN 2.0 notation and system modelling using UML would give an advantage.
