Our client is an international firm, which is hiring a talent to join global network team. Reporting to team lead, this role is responsible for supporting network infrastructure, including configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage relationships with Global Network Team and other relevant staff
- Act as technical specialist to support network infrastructure, including cloud, WAN, LAN, WiFi, Security, and virtual technologies
- Contribute to project efforts by assisting in designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure systems
- Work closely and maintain good relationship with external vendors
- Collaborate with teams and global operation manager to coordinate services and technical requirements for daily operations
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above holder in IT or related disciplines with minimum 3 years' experience in desktop support services in an operational enterprise environment
- Practical experience in LAN, WAN, switches, routers and firewall
- Demonstrated knowledge of Cisco products
- Experience in providing regional network support will be an advantage
- CCNP certification holder is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
