Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire: Mentor and guide junior staff in developing cutting-edge front-end and back-end Java-based web applications.
- Drive Innovation: Conduct in-depth technical analysis and design robust system architectures.
- Execute Excellence: Implement Java programming, conduct thorough testing, and seamless application deployments.
- Document Success: Craft clear system documentation and user manuals to enhance user experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification IT experience, including at least 3 years in IT implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience in SDLC, with a minimum 3 years of experience in conducting comprehensive analysis, design, and implementation of web-based application systems.
- Drafting precise system specifications.
- Executing thorough system testing.
- Managing system installations and server maintenance.
- Proficiency in Java, OpenJDK, Spring Framework, GIT, REST API, Jasper Report, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Apache, RDBMS, and SQL.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with JBoss, MS SQL, and Windows Server is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a knack for thriving under tight project deadlines.
- Good command in written and spoken communication in both English and Chinese.
