System Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Continuously develop and enhance the support and managed service team.
- Work closely with Presales and Post-sales team to offer technical support for End-Users.
- Provide IT helpdesk support, including call handling, follow-up action, coordination, and escalation.
- Prepare regular service reports and system documentation
- Assist in ad hoc projects if required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in system support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Hands-on system support experience is an advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft, Virtualization, Active Directory and server etc
- Good communication in both Cantonese & English, both written and oral
- Candidate with management experience will be considered as Technical Manager
Network Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Support, configure and implement network service
- Monitor, maintain and set up firewalls & Security system, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other network equipment
- Troubleshoot network issues and identify network performance improvements
- Administer and provide technical support for all sites and systems, ensure the network design and implementations meets the clients' need
- Work with project teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation (system and network)
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or related field.
- With 3 or more years of working experience in network support and IT security related
- Solid hands-on experience in Fortigate firewall, Router, Switch SDWAN, SDN etc.
- CCNA holder will be an advantage
- Less experience will also be considered
