My client is a one of the world largest technology service provider and they are actively looking for an experienced business development manager with proven sales track record with his or her past working experience within the FMCG sector.
Beside sales planning, the ideal candidate should have previous product knowledge in using Salesforce & SAP software to identify critical sales needs & requirement. Hence, he or she will be in-charge to increase the sales team profitability, develop and execute SFE plans.
Job roles:
- Develop, execute and monitor sales force effectiveness plans and initiatives to drive sales growth and sales productivity
- Develop and implement processes, tools and systems to support sales activities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and customize solutions that will increase their effectiveness
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with external vendors to ensure sustainability of services provided
Key requirements to the role:
- Degree in any related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' of sales experience in FMCG industry
- Product knowledge and field exposures in SAP, Salesforce or any related software
