Major Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain supplier & customer master list
  • Process invoice matching and inputting
  • Process payments and staff reimbursement and perform accounts reconciliation
  • Follow payment enquiry from supplier or BU through phone calls or emails
  • Prepare payable journal entries to support the month-end closing.
  • Assist in on-going development and maintenance of financial systems
  • Provide general administrative support in daily payment activities such as document scanning, filing and mailing, etc.
  • Assist to support Account Receivable function including payment progress following up with trade debtors
  • Participate in ad-hoc duties and projects as required


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in accountancy, with at least 1-year accounting experience, preferable in Account Payable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Preferably with knowledge of Oracle Finance and proficiency in MS applications
  • Energetic, detailed minded, fast learner, well organised with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude
  • Immediately available is preferred
