Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact person to in charge of administration and supervise a small team for the administrative support
- Handle data input, document filing, and manage travel and meeting arrangements
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above holder with at least 3 working experience in administration support
- With identical or similar working experiences with the automotive retail industry is a MUST
- Good in people leadership and coaching, can work under pressure
- Well-organised, able to work under minimum supervision, and with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Immediately available is highly preferred
