Job Duties:
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing user requirements, performing system logical and physical design, performing system sizing, calculating costs and benefits, preparing implementation options, preparing system and program specifications, conducting system and user acceptance tests, designing business continuity and disaster recovery for the project, etc.;
Requirements:
- Have at least 4 years of IT experience including at least 3 years of experience in system analysis and design;
- Have completed at least 2 computer projects that used SSADM, or other design methodologies as adopted by the government, for system design;
- Have at least 3 years of experience in web-based and database application development;
- Have experience in design and development of electronic forms submission system that could be compliance with the Electronic Transaction Ordinance (ETO) is preferable;
- Have experience in design & development of computer system(s) that use digital signature is preferable;
- Have experience in handling computer project(s) that contains more than 2 system interfaces;
- Proven design experience in Web Content Accessibility; and
- Proven design experience with mobile devices.
- Less experienced will be considered as Analyst Programmer
