- Participate in the entire development which involves project / vendor management, project implementation, application system design, programming, testing and documentation
- Obtain and analyze user requirements and identify solution / alternatives
- Evaluate feasibility and resource requirements for system enhancement
- Map business requirements and business processes into technical design
- Provide system maintenance and support for IT applications
- Provide end-user support for information queries from users
General Requirements:
- A recognized University degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years' experience in developing or supporting large-scale systems.
- Ability to analyze data, identify business relevant patterns, discover and present insights
- Self-initiated, fast learner, creative and innovative with good communication and interpersonal skills, design thinking project or digital transformation project would be an advantage
- Experience, sound track record on vendor management and stakeholder management skill would be an advantage
- Experience in different models of project deliveries and operation model (e.g. agile, scrum, waterfall, DevOps), would be an advantage
- Able to work in a high pace and dynamic environment, responsive to ad-hoc demand
- Knowledge in cloud computing platform, experience in Microsoft Azure would be an advantage
- Candidate who have broad IT knowledge will have advantage (e.g. network / cloud computing related knowledge), as there is chance that the resources will be assigned to take part in support / project work of new platform(s)
- Fast learner who can quickly pick up new skillset
- Good documentation / report writing skill
- Good spoken and written English
- Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage
