Job Duties:
- The main responsibility is to lead Software Development team of enterprise solution Engineering, designing and delivering mission critical projects and developing emerging technologies like AI; video analytic; Fintech, and managing the day to day activities
- Work closely with the business and vendors on issues related to design and requirements
- Drive change to implement efficient and effective strategies as advised by management
- Build organizational culture based on knowledge sharing and direct communication within teams
- Embrace new technology and proactive to suggest initiative to respond to the changing needs of the business, actively contribute to the process of continual improvement
Requirments:
- Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years' working experience in managing software development team
- Experience in contact center system technologies, voice and SIP technologies, and knowledge in emerging technologies like AI, Fintech will be an advantage
- Experience in hands-on programming, system design and system implementation
- Experience in full software development lifecycle from design to deployment, understanding best practices, trends in software development and proven records in delivering mega projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
