The Role
The Assistant Product Manager is an integral part of the Digital Product Team that will focus on developing and improving our IoT/SaaS energy management product offerings. You'll working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure our products meets the needs of different customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leveraging usability testing, research and customer interviews to determine customer pain points and uncover business opportunities
- Researching and analyse product features, changes, and requirements
- Working closely with the Product Manager on the total digital product roadmap including end-to-end testing and sales enablement
- Liaising with software development team to integrate IoT solutions and enhance user experience
- Supporting short and long-term product planning and use data to continually improve our products
- Assessing our competition and identify where we can improve our services to customers
- Communicating with key customers regarding their issues and future needs
- Providing product updates, training, and documentation for partners and sales teams
Skills & Requirements
You may be successful in this role if:
- You have 3-4 years of experience in digital products; IoT experience is a plus
- You're passionate about building a great product and making it a leader in the market
- You want help shape a product from development to go-to-market
- You're comfortable to work in a fast-moving Agile environment
- You naturally balance customer needs with the company vision
- You're known for being detail oriented while keeping an eye on the big picture
- You're a strong communicator who is comfortable presenting to your team and to customers, with good command in both English and Chinese
- You're energetic, positive, and ready to create a greener, most sustainable future
