Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Strong technical background in managing IT related projects
- Able to work independently in a dynamic and unstructured environment, handle multiple infrastructure and software development projects simultaneously.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements:
- Degree holder in an IT, computer or other related disciplines
- At least 5 years' IT experience in IT project management including Infrastructure design
- Knowledgeable in Windows, Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, VPN, FW solutions
- Hands on experience related to network, system security, server, VM, cloud technology and able to build and configure devices
- Knowledgeable in BI application like Sisense will be an advantage
- Holder of Certified IT service management professional such as ITIL, ISO, PMP, etc will be preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to working independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a must
- Healthcare experience will be a key advantage
- Experience in application design and system implementation using .Net and MSSQL will be an advantage
