Job Description:
- Provide consultation and assistance to users and clients;
- Install, maintain and trouble-shoot various computer systems;
- Troubleshoot and support on mobile devices and tablet devices.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Higher Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computing subjects or equivalent;
- At least two-years' experience after graduation;
- Good personality and telephone manner;
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English.
