With history of 50 years and has over 1200 employees currently. They are currently hiring for Business Analyst to enhance their robotic automation process.
Duties:
- Collect user requirements with technical team
- Work out functional specifications with business analysis requirements
- Perform User Acceptance Test to make sure deliverables met customer requirements when necessary
- Build relationship with customers, technical team & project managers, working with them to optimize and enhance integration
- Provide basic support on the application when needed
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Management, Computer Science or related disciplines with equivalent years of experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as business analyst/pre-sales within an IT/Software solutions business
- Exposure in FSI industry is an advantage
- Experience in ERP / BPM / RPA solution application is a plus
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focused mind
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
