Business Analyst (Project Management / Online E-Commerce / New Project)
Responsibilities:
- New Project;
- Responsible for budgeting and overall IT planning, developments to deliver Web, Mobile, Apps, Content Management, E-Commerce channels etc to align with company goals and business expansion;
- In-charge on full project management including IT project schedule, task allocation, progress reporting and status update meeting;
- Consult and collaborate with different users to understand their business needs, goals and objectives, processes and requirements;
- Work closely with IT Team for building-up and developing new B2C e-commerce online stores from scratch;
- Ensure documented requirements and process flows can be easily translated into test plans and test cases;
- Support on project development including API development/ Integration for Various Online E-Commerce Channels (Amazon, eBay, Lazada or any relevant), Shipping Carriers and Payment Gateways and etc;
- Continuously Optimize, Automate and enhance the existing processes and flows for better effectiveness and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Degree or above in E-Commerce, IT, Computer or System Engineering or related disciplines;
- Around 8 years' of solid experience with at least 3 years' of project management, implementing application development with RESTful, SOAP, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, XML, CSS, HTML, MySQL;
- 3 years' of experience in E-commerce/ Internet/ Marketing/ Global Business/ Health & Beauty, or shipping & logistics field;
- Knowledge in Business Processes such as Sales, Purchasing & Inventory is a MUST;
- Hands on experience in IT/ system development for Amazon Marketplace Web Service (MWS), eBay, Lazada, Rakuten, Taobao/Tmall would be a big advantage;
- Hands on experience in ERP programming development is a plus;
- Hands on experience in Laravel and Vue.js is a plus;
- Certified in PMP is a plus;
- Experience in Agile development is a plus;
- Strong Knowledge and Experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle / Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
- Positive "can-do" attitude, proactive, result-oriented with strong analytical mindset, able to work under challenging environment with good problem solving skills, continuously keep up to date with new technologies and adaptable to changes;
- Good documentation, communication and presentation skills, able to deal with internal and external parties.
