Duties

  • Responsible for the ServiceNow platform of the company
  • Support IT service management to automate business processes.
  • Designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform.
  • Manage the SNow platform to ensure stability and implement architectural changes when necessary.


Requirement

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience in a related field
  • 2 years or above working experience in related to ServiceNow
  • Good communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts
  • ServiceNow/ITIL certifications is an advantage
