Key Responsibilities
- Provide helpdesk service and internal IT service support
- Mainly support end user device cover Notebook, Desktop, Laptop, Scanner, Printer, LCD Monitor & accessory
- Support PC, Notebook, Workstation, Microsoft Outlook, Password Re-set etc
- Daily workload with IT operation
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirement:
- At least a Higher Diploma or above for IT subjects
- Minimum 1 year IT related working experience
- Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome
