Our client is a Information Technology Company in Hong Kong, they are looking for a Contract Field Technical Support to join their team.
Responsibilities
- To provide installation & technical support services to potential customers such as PC/Laptop installation and migration
- Cloud-based application configuration
- To follow installation guideline and troubleshooting software application problem
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Minimum 1 year related working experience
- Knowledge in cloud based and email software installation and configuration such as MSO365, Outlook and Adobe Cloud
- Knowledge in Wifi and Networking
- Familiar with PC desktop hardware platform
- Experience in drilling and wall-mount works
- Working Hour: Mondays to Fridays; 0830 - 1800
- Immediate available is an absolute advantage
