Job Description:
Hotline support to 7 x 24-hour IT Call Centre.
Mandatory Requirements
- 5 Subjects pass in HKCEE or above in Computer Subjects or equivalent;
- Minimum 4 years' post qualification IT working experience of which 2 years in similar capacity;
- Experience in provide helpdesk support or technical support on desktop, network problem;
- Sound knowledge in MS office, MS window Server;
- Good telephone manner;
- Knowledge in hotline support is an advantage;
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Shift duty is essential.
