Our utility client is seeking for a potential candidate for their team with the requirements as below:

Role:

  • Coordinate with procurement, accounting and finance department to handle purchase request and billing process
  • Overlook and handle team and office expenses
  • Provide support to the digital product team
  • System administration, documentation and reporting
  • Coordinate meetings and office visits
  • Ensure full compliance with company standard, policies and procedures
  • Drive and lead ad-hoc projects related to office maintenance and daily operation, on time within budget, and meeting quality and safety standard
  • Identify improvement areas for daily operation and office equipment



Requirements:

  • Preferably +2 years experience in similar capacity, but candidates with less experience will be considered
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and capable of establishing excellent working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, team leadership, analytical and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated to solve problems and provide innovative solutions
  • Fluency in spoken Cantonese and English as well as good writing skills in both languages
  • Proficiency in the application of computer software including Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese typing
  • Agile experience (Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence are a plus) a plus
