Our utility client is seeking for a potential candidate for their team with the requirements as below:
Role:
- Coordinate with procurement, accounting and finance department to handle purchase request and billing process
- Overlook and handle team and office expenses
- Provide support to the digital product team
- System administration, documentation and reporting
- Coordinate meetings and office visits
- Ensure full compliance with company standard, policies and procedures
- Drive and lead ad-hoc projects related to office maintenance and daily operation, on time within budget, and meeting quality and safety standard
- Identify improvement areas for daily operation and office equipment
Requirements:
- Preferably +2 years experience in similar capacity, but candidates with less experience will be considered
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and capable of establishing excellent working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, team leadership, analytical and presentation skills
- Self-motivated to solve problems and provide innovative solutions
- Fluency in spoken Cantonese and English as well as good writing skills in both languages
- Proficiency in the application of computer software including Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese typing
- Agile experience (Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence are a plus) a plus
