Job Description:
- Hotline support at IT Call Centre.
Mandatory Requirements- 5 Subjects pass in HKCEE or above in Computer Subjects or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years' post qualification IT working experience of which 2 years in similar capacity;
- Sound knowledge in MS office;
- Good telephone manner.;
- Knowledge in hotline support or technical support on desktop, network problem is advantage;
- Self-motivated, good communication skill and interpersonal skill;
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
