Responsibilities:
- Responsible for IT Infrastructure availability management & administration
- Provide daily IT technical support and service to internal customers
- Maintain IT Infrastructure Security, network performance
- Assist Infrastructure Manager for project management and execution
- Review IT Trend and customer needs, make new IT solution proposal to the company
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in IT related disciplines;
- At least 4 years working experience in IT Support, server & network administration
- Professional qualification of CCNA / MCSE / CCSE / ITIL / PMP are preferred
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Infrastructure Configuration (AD, DHCP, GPO, Powershell)
- Experience in VMWare ESXi, LAN/Wireless LAN & Firewall Setup & Configuration
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with end customer in all levels
