Duties:
- Setup lab equipment, software for innovation technology demos involving robot, chatbot, IoT, AR/VR, 3D printing/scanning, etc
- Install and configure Windows, Linux OS in PC or notebook
- Install and configure software/app in PC or mobile OS
- Configure, troubleshoot and support network problem for both wire or wireless network for devices interconnection.
- Prepare, test and verify the equipment function and the demos according to the given document or instruction
- Operate the facilities for the Innovation lab
- Source, edit and make up the technology or demo related videos
- Show some simple demos to visitors
Requirement:
- IT related diploma or equivalent
- Familiar to operate mobile devices including iOS and Android phone and tablet
- Knowledge about Windows, Linux OS in PC or notebook, software/app in PC or mobile OS, wire or wireless network for devices interconnection
- Able to source niche IT product and innovation technology related information
- Able understand and follow technical documents
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
