Duties
- To provide implementation and maintenance on networking
- To provide network design
- To perform emergency call
- To prepare documentation, test plan and customer configuration
- To conduct operational training and briefing
Requirements:
- At least Higher Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Computer, Information Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years relevant experience in networking support
- Holder of CCNA /CCNP / HCNP / H3CSE or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill
- Mature, responsible and self-motivated
- Good customer services skill and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in spoken and written in both Cantonese and English
