Duties:
- Provide first tier helpdesk support via e-mail, telephone & in person / Perform PCs installation, configuration & troubleshooting
- Maintain end-user computing operation and service delivery channel
- Provide PC LAN support
- Perform hardware maintenance
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma in IT subjects
- 1 year experience in IT operation support / PC support / helpdesk support
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Act as a good team player to assist the team supervisor
- Good speaking in Cantonese and English
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
