Requirements:
- Degree or High Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System or equivalent
- 2+ years of working experience in report development by Excel, compilation and analysis, preferably in an IT department or company.
- Proficient in Excel and VBA is a must
- Good analytical skills
- Self-initiative and can work independently.
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English/ Chinese.
Job Descriptions:
- Design, develop and maintain project reports in Excel format with VBA
- Collect project information from project managers, review the collected details to ensure completeness, and compile regular reports and dashboards
- Perform Excel report development and enhancement on dashboard including design, programming, testing, data conversion, report deployment and preparing technical documentation such as operations manual and user manual.
