Job Description
Job duties:
- Support all project management office work (admin duties)
- Data input and make appointment with customer
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- 1 year working experience in clerical and administration works
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Able to work independently and hard working
- Good command of Cantonese and English
- Proficient in Chinese and English typing
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table) and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Responsible, well-organized and attention to details

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:30
Saturday 08:30 - 13:00 (Alternate Saturday Off)
